Warranty and Return Policy / Return & Refund Policy

We warrant that the products sold on our website, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship. Our warranty policy is as follows:

  1. Warranty Period
    Unless otherwise specified, we provide a three-year limited warranty for our products under normal, non-commercial use.

  2. First 90 Days
    During the first ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace any defective products at no cost to you.

  3. After 90 Days and Up to 3 Years
    After the initial 90 days and within the three-year warranty period, we will, upon confirmation of a defect, repair the defective product or replace it with a new or reconditioned unit. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The product must be returned prepaid, and a shipping rebate will be provided if a defect in material or workmanship is confirmed.

  4. Warranty Period for Replacements
    A replacement product does not restart or extend the original warranty period. The warranty for the replacement product will expire at the end of the original three-year period.

  5. Battery Capacity Depletion
    For battery packs and related products, it is normal for cell capacity to decrease over time with regular use. A battery pack that retains at least 80% of its original capacity after thirty-six (36) months is considered to be functioning within normal parameters.

  6. Voiding the Warranty
    The warranty will be void if the product has been subjected to improper charging, installation, misuse, or physical damage. Additionally, the warranty is void if the product’s label or barcoded warranty label has been removed, altered, or tampered with.

  7. Proof of Purchase
    All warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and must be made through the dealer or outlet where the product was originally purchased.

 

General Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately by phone or email with your invoice ready. We will do our best to resolve your issue.

  1. 30-Day Return Policy
    If you return the product within 30 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund for the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  2. Refund Process
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Credit card refunds will be processed to the same card used for the original purchase.

  3. Return Shipping
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must ensure the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for products damaged due to insufficient packaging.

  4. RMA Requirement
    All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email us at order@power-supplier.biz to obtain an RMA. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

  5. Original Packaging
    Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and components. Incomplete returns may result in a partial refund or rejection of the return.



Order Cancellations

  1. Before Shipment
    If your payment is complete and the parcel has not been shipped, you may cancel your order for a full refund.

  2. After Shipment
    Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has been shipped.

Lost Items

If your product is lost during transportation, we will either arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund if you no longer need the item.
